Hi all, Its sunny day today, and i been doing some cooking as i love to eat and would be nice a new added menu for my dishes . For today, i prepared an Embutido, its a Filipino version of meatloaf. My husband loves my cooking and hes gaining weight. Also i prepared a sweets desserts, Cassava cake,,, mmmm so sweets as i added a sweet macapuno on it, its just melted on your mouth.
